  • Professional Credentials: Work experience, education, skills, certifications, and uploaded resume files;
  • Application Data: Target job roles, salary bands, application questionnaire answers, and submission confirmation records;
  • Technical & Usage Information: IP address, device type, browser information, and interaction logs on our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Submit 20–25 hand-curated, qualified full-time applications daily on your behalf;
  • Tailor resumes and cover letters with relevant industry metrics;
  • Maintain your live application tracking dashboard;
  • Communicate application progress, alerts, and interview updates;
  • Ensure platform security and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent access.

3. Sharing of Information

We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to third parties.

We share data strictly as necessary for service delivery:

  • Employer Career Portals: When submitting job applications on your behalf;
  • Authorized Service Providers: Trusted cloud infrastructure (AWS) and payment processing (Stripe) operating under strict confidentiality;
  • Legal Requirements: When compelled by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest), strict authentication, and role-based access controls to safeguard your data. While no digital system is completely invulnerable, we maintain active safeguards and continuous monitoring.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain candidate data for active accounts and up to 12 months following subscription completion to ensure continuous application history and callback support. You may request permanent deletion of your data at any time by contacting our privacy team.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access and inspect the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request corrections to any inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion or restriction of data processing;
  • Export your application history in a portable format.
