Welcome to AIApplyForU (“AIApplyForU”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using our website, platform, software, automation systems, AI tools, or managed job application concierge services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform and services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access or use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

AIApplyForU provides AI-assisted and human-assisted career services, including but not limited to:

  • End-to-end managed job application services (submitting 20–25 hand-curated, qualified full-time applications daily on your behalf);
  • AI-driven resume optimization and ATS keyword enhancement;
  • Contextual cover letter generation and job specification matching;
  • Dedicated human recruiter oversight and quality review;
  • Personalized job application tracking dashboard;
  • Recruiter and team delegation management for staffing agencies.

We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue any part of the services at any time in our continuous effort to optimize performance and security.

3. No Employment Guarantee

AIApplyForU is a job application assistance and career optimization service. AIApplyForU does NOT guarantee employment, interview invitations, recruiter callbacks, salary figures, job offers, or specific hiring outcomes.

All hiring decisions are made solely by prospective employers, recruiters, and third-party hiring managers beyond our control. Past performance, candidate testimonials, or marketing case studies do not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Certain services incorporate artificial intelligence outputs, including tailored resumes, cover letters, and application questionnaire responses. While we implement strict quality benchmarks and human recruiter reviews to prevent hallucinations:

  • AI-generated outputs may occasionally require human review or minor formatting adjustments;
  • Clients remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all profile information and submitted materials.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date professional and contact information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • Respond promptly during onboarding and application execution;
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

You further agree NOT to submit fraudulent work experience, impersonate another individual, misuse platform automation, attempt unauthorized security breaches, or reverse engineer any portion of the platform.

6. Automation Authorization

By subscribing to our services, you expressly authorize AIApplyForU and its assigned recruiting personnel to assist with, optimize, and submit job applications on your behalf directly through employer career pages, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recognized job boards based on your preferences.

7. Third-Party Platforms

AIApplyForU interacts with third-party applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and employer portals. AIApplyForU is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these third-party platforms. We are not liable for third-party platform downtime, external filtering criteria, or independent employer decisions.

8. Payments, Billing & Renewals

Paid plans (Monthly $240, 3-Month $670, 6-Month $1152) are billed securely via authorized payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All pricing is in USD. Refund eligibility is governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact our support team to resolve any billing question or service inquiry before initiating a dispute or chargeback with a financial institution. In the event of a dispute, AIApplyForU maintains comprehensive operational delivery logs, application submission timestamps, and communications, and reserves the right to submit these verified records.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, algorithms, designs, brand marks, and technical systems belonging to AIApplyForU remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created specifically for their personal job search.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIApplyForU’s total cumulative liability arising from any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client for the specific service cycle giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal good-faith discussions shall be subject to binding arbitration or competent legal jurisdiction.
